REFUNDS AND SHIPPING

Our refund policy is simple! If receive a product that is damaged, take a picture, send that picture to customerservice@themicrobial.com and we will contact you back with next steps for replacement of the product or a refund.

Easy right? Now we hope you don't have this problem, but sometimes "poop" happens and as usual, we're here to help :-)

Here's our shipping policy:

SHIPPING DOMESTIC / US ORDERS (including Canada and Mexico)

  • All Microbial.com orders are shipped within the contiguous United States via USPS Mail.
  • While we do our best to ship your order out the same or next day, we ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.  
  • Express shipping is available at check-out and guarantees 2-day shipping to most US addresses.  Orders may take 1 day of processing before they are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We can also ship internationally by USPS but it takes a little longer to get to you and you may have to pay customs in order to receive your purchase.
